I would like to advice that following my email of 7th Nov, I was contacted by John, who advised me that my claim was reassigned to a company called BBQ Rescue.

Connie from BBQ Rescue contacted me within 24 hours, and made an appointment for Saturday between 2pm and 3pm. At exactly 2pm the gentleman from BBQ Rescue arrived and repaired my bbq.

I would like to thank you, Max, for your assistance, and John too, and I would also like to offer my strongest possible recommendation for BBQ Rescue, who were punctual, polite, and very professional indeed. I could not be more happy with the outcome.
